- Jalebi batter should be prepared before 2 days
- take a cup of all purpose flour
- and mix well with sufficient water
- just like dosa batter consistency
- mix well without any lumps
- cover it with lid
- and keep a side for 2 days for fermentation
- Batter ready for preparation
- add some food color and mix well
- preparation of sugar syrup
- Take a thick and wide pan
- add 2 cups of sugar
- add 1 cup water
- add some lemon juice ( half lemon)
- Lemon makes the jalebi juicy and wet
- add batter to a conical foil or a plastic cover
- cut a little opening at the edge
- heat the oil at high flame
- Dip the fried jalebi in sugar syrup
- and place it in a plate
