• Jalebi batter should be prepared before 2 days
  • take a cup of all purpose flour 
  • and mix well with sufficient water 
  • just like dosa batter consistency 
  • mix well without any lumps
  • cover it with lid 
  • and keep a side for 2 days for fermentation
  • Batter ready for preparation
  • add some food color and mix well
  • preparation of sugar syrup
  • Take a thick and wide pan
  • add 2 cups of sugar
  • add 1 cup water
  • add some lemon juice ( half lemon)
  • Lemon makes the jalebi juicy and wet
  • add batter to a conical foil or a plastic cover
  • cut a little opening at the edge
  • heat the oil at high flame
  • Dip the fried jalebi in sugar syrup
  • and place it in a plate
